The main objective of this tour is to visit the world's most active volcano: Arenal. During the tour, we will cross the Tempisque ferry and continue on to the town of Cañas and up to the village of Tilaran. A few miles past Tilaran we will make our first stop on the shore of Lake Arenal. This area reminds many people of Switzerland or Bavaria. We will continue passing rainforests, arriving at the bridge of the lake, and your first view of the volcano. Moving closer to the volcano allows you to experience the sounds and eruptions.

A short drive from the volcano, we will find a 50-meter waterfall cascading into a refreshing swimming hole

After leaving the volcano, we will visit the Tabacon Resort, where you can bathe in natural hot springs heated by the volcano, while enjoying another magnificent view of Arenal.
