To visit the National Park Rincon de la Vieja, we have to drive about 2 hours direction to the City of Liberia which is the capital of Guanacaste Province. The visit to the park lasts for approximately two hours, and we will be walking mostly in the rain forest. We can watch trees that can grow 40 meters high and the understorey is thick with a predominat growth of palms.

During this walk we will see a beautiful water fall,hot springs, solfataric lakes, vapor holes that expel clouds of steam and mudpots that bubble continuosly. After this visit we will take a rest in Liberia to have lunch.
